Seven steps, start to finish

1. Online inquiry

   Get in touch by sending an online inquiry through our website. This first step tells us the basics: the scope of your project, your timeline and your budget. Our team then gets back to you promptly to schedule a consultation.

2. Consultation

   During the consultation we meet with you to discuss your vision and gather more detail about your project. We work with you to establish a budget and create a plan that meets your goals and fits within your budget.

3. Proposal

   Based on the consultation, our team creates a detailed proposal for your project. It outlines every part of the proposed changes and helps you understand the full scope of the project.

4. Contract

   Once you've reviewed and approved the proposal, we provide an official contract that sets out the costs, timelines and payment schedule, along with general terms and conditions. Once it's signed and a deposit is received, we schedule the work and order all the materials.

5. Construction

   With the contract in place, our team begins construction. We keep you informed every step of the way and make sure all work is completed on time and to your satisfaction.

6. Finishing details

   Once construction is complete, we handle all the finishing details, such as painting, installing fixtures and a final cleaning, so everything is just as you envisioned and your new space is ready to enjoy.

7. Warranty

   When the project is complete, we do a final walkthrough to make sure you're satisfied with the work. Once you accept it, every client gets a 24-month craftsmanship warranty on all materials and labour supplied by AA Design Group.
